Chocolate halloween cups

A healthy lifestyle is also about finding the right balance. That's why we obviously don't want to deprive you of these delicious chocolate raspberry cups!

They also look fun and gory, making them an ideal Halloween snack ;-)

And the very best news? They are super quick and simple to make 🤩

What you'll need:
150g frozen raspberries
1 tbsp maple syrup
150g + 100g extra dark chocolate
8 muffin holders and a (muffin) baking tin

How to prepare:
Heat the frozen raspberries in a small pot over medium heat until soft.
Crush the raspberries until only large pieces remain and add the maple syrup. Mix well and allow to cool.
Melt the 150g chocolate "au bain-marie".
Place 8 muffin holders in a muffin baking pan.
Fill the muffin holders 3/4th full with the melted chocolate and place in the refrigerator so that the chocolate hardens back.
Meanwhile, melt the remaining 100g of chocolate au bain-marie.
Take the baking tin out of the fridge and place 1 tsp of raspberry filling on top of the chocolate.
Now pour the rest of the melted chocolate over the raspberry filling so that it is completely covered.
Place the baking pan in the refrigerator again (5 minutes) to harden.
Once the chocolate is hard enough, you can remove the muffin holders.
Let it taste great! ❤️

Tip: Want to make it a little sweeter? Then add some coconut blossom sugar 😉
