Who said eating healthy has to be boring? We'll prove you wrong with our very own PŌW recipe book. You may have already seen it popping up, or maybe not. But don't worry, you can also download the recipe book on this page.

The recipe book contains ten delicious dishes to lick your fingers at. A combination of sweet and savory dishes, each with their own healthy touch. We provide the dishes with alternatives to commonly used products, so that old classics are transformed into new tastemakers. Healthy eating has never been so delicious!

Alternatives

One of our favorite new ingredients is aquafaba. Doesn't that mean anything to you? Then maybe chickpea liquid rings a bell. This is the secret vegan ingredient that you can use as a protein substitute. We incorporate it into our home-made chocolate mousse, which makes for a vegan version of this chocolate deliciousness.

Do you have leftover chickpea liquid? Then don't pour it away next time, freeze it. That way you can reuse it at a later time for recipes like vegan brownies, macarons or our delicious chocolate mousse.

As an alternative sweetener to sugar, we've liked to use dates before. This adds enough sweetness to your recipe without added sugars. Among other things, we use this in our PŌW version of the Flemish apple bun. This way, ours are a lot healthier than those from the bakery.
